Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from ClearCare. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the products are for personal or legitimate business use, not for resale, unless we have agreed in writing.

ClearCare sells diabetic supplies but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on our site is for general informational purposes only. Always follow the guidance of your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding your condition, devices, and supplies.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation via USPS or UPS. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days within the 50 US states. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier. Tracking details are emailed automatically when your order ships. For full details, see our Shipping page.

For your safety and the safety of other customers, all sales of diabetic supplies and other medical products are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or unopened medical supplies once they have shipped, because we are unable to verify storage conditions or resell them. The only exceptions are:

• Products that arrive damaged in transit.
• Products shipped in error by ClearCare.
• Products that are defective or expired on arrival.

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. See our Returns page for the full process.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Always check the manufacturer's labeling, expiration date, and instructions before use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, copy, or resell content from the site without permission.

The ClearCare name, logo, site content, and design are owned by ClearCare Supply or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearCare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearCare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearCare and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ClearCare is headquartered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
